Shipping policy

Mill Wood Art usually ships within 2 weeks for wholesale orders and 2 days for retail orders after order placement. If you set up an account, you can track your orders. Please call our Customer Service Department if you have any questions or concerns and we will do what we can to help you. Note: We ship FOB from our dock at 1500 Capital Blvd., Raleigh, NC. We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and these shipping charges are paid by for by Mill Wood Art. Any damages or missing packages are the responsibility of the customer however Mill Wood Art will help in filing any necessary claims.

**International shipments: The client is responsible for any and all tariffs, taxes, and/or duty fees upon receipt of the shipment.
