Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns of new, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at retail@millwoodart.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA). A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

-Gift cards

 

 

Please do not send your purchase back without first receiving a Return Authorization.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email us at retail@millwoodart.com or call 919-828-7376.
